Enrollment (New to KISD)
Please go to
www.kleinisd.net / New enrollment to KISD/ Complete steps 1-3. You will schedule an appointment in step # 3. Please upload the following information:
1)
Proof of Residency-light, gas or water bill, lease agreement (students name must be listed as an occupant) or closing documents of purchase. Phone or cable bills not accepted
2)
Current Immunization record
3)
Birth Certificate
4)
Social Security Card
5)
Parent/Guardian ID cards
6)
Last report card showing current/promoted grade level and any other records you have from previous school including state testing scores or STAAR
Transfer to another KISD campus

I will send you a form to complete then return to me with proof of residency attached. Please see acceptable documents above for a new address. Your student will be withdrawn once documents are received and your new campus will be notified to enroll. A counselor will contact you for a schedule once the transfer is complete.
Withdrawing a student from KISD

I will send a Klein ISD withdrawal form to you to be completed/sign & dated then returned. Once I receive the withdrawal form your student will be withdrawn from Hofius. Your new school will need a copy of the last report card which you will find in Skyward parent access under portfolio. For a current immunization record please request a copy at
[email protected].
All KISD property (Chromebook, charger, stylus, library books etc) will be returned to Hofius if withdrawing.

All Report Cards and Progress Reports will be posted to Skyward Family Access under the Portfolio Section on the dates below.
