What is 7-on-7?The TFL 7-on-7 Football program is a competitive, one-hand touch football league that enables quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and other skill players to improve their techniques. The game is fast paced, exciting and challenging. High Schools use it to prepare their teams for the fall tackle season. Additional field time helps position development and overall conditioning. The game is played on a standard football field.

Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Parent coaches are welcome to get involved with our pros. We know you all want to learn more about all aspects of the game.
